Real Ideas have a brand new 6-week programme for 18-25 year olds living in Plymouth.
Through practical activities and group work, young people will learn about working with green spaces, gain industry insight and develop the skills to secure a job that’s just right for them.
They’ll learn how to
- Care for Plymouths green spaces – parks, gardens, trees, plants and flowers
- Create new green spaces for future generations to enjoy
- Help get all members of our community interested
- Teach others how green spaces in cities increase the quality of our lives
The programme runs 2 days a week 10am – 3pm
Real Ideas will support young people to apply for Kickstart placements with the Plymouth City Council Future Parks Team.
The next programme starts in January 2022, but we are already taking referrals. Contact us soon to avoid missing out!
