The Customer Experience Host is the first point of contact for Real Ideas members and visitors to our buildings and plays a vital role in ensuring everyone receives amazing customer experience and is welcomed with a smile. The Customer Experience Host is an important member of the Real Spaces team.
We’ve made the role varied so it is a great opportunity to experience new things, this could include:
- Helping set up and deliver events and experiences
- Facilitating groups and ensuring members are well catered for
- Dealing with enquiries
- Taking orders and serving great food and drink
- You will need to be flexible, proactive, and curious and happy to try something new! We would love people to join our team in a busy, friendly, and welcoming environment.
We will offer training and support to help you get ready for the role, including paid trial shifts as part of the recruitment process. We are also proud to be a Real Living Wage employer.
